1. Post Blank Status Update

Facebook doesn’t allow you to post blank status update. If you want, you need to put at least an punctuation mark like comma, dot, etc. But here is an trick that lets you to  post blank status update:

Just type @[0:0: ] in status box and hit Enter and its done  .

2. Confuse Your Friends

Put this URL http://facebook.com/profile.php?=73322363 on Facebook Status or Comment, this is actually link to ones Facebook Profile so whenever someone will click on this link, he/she will get redirected to own’s Facebook profile. I used this trick this way:“This person is most weird friend of my Facebook Profile. God! Please Protect Me from him –>>      http://facebook.com/profile.php?=73322363

It’s the best way to confuse a friend 

3. Tricks and Tips to Protect your Facebook Account

       Enabling Advanced Password Security Login

This security option adds an advance layer of security to your facebook log

in. These features help you to have a secure log in, retrieve your account in the situation it is hacked, view your account  time and places of log in and many more.

1. To enable all these features go to privacy setting.

2. Click on security option on the left hand side panel.

Security Question

This is the first option in the list you will get if you have not filled the option yet else it it will not be displayed. This security question is the last option  you will get if you have no access to your email id and mobile number.

You have to select 2 security questions, do remember these and don’t share these with anyone.

Secure Browsing

Browse Facebook on a secure connection (https) .It provides  a secured way of surfing the facebook without leaking your cookies files. So I recommend you to enable it to avoid unauthorized access of your account.

Login Notification

Do enable this feature, for this you have to submit your mobile number while enable in this feature. This feature will automatically send you confirmation message containing PC details that you or someone else login.

Thus this feature is helpful as it will notify you via message whether your  account is been accessed anywhere else.

Code Generator

This works similar as Login Notification but by enabling this feature a Code Generator option activates in your Facebook app  for mobile which will generate a unique code valid for only 30 seconds .Whenever you login at some new PC it will ask you enter that unique code else you login will be denied.

Trusted Contacts

This is one of the favorite tools used by hackers to access your account, what they do is add their 3-5 facebook ids in your friends list and use your account email to request facebook to send a unique code to trusted friends in facebook friends list as a result your account get unlocked using that code.

To prevent this I recommend you to add 3 most trusted friends now so that they cannot be changed afterwards.So whenever when all password recovery options fails, you can simple use this technique to get the unique code to recover your password.

Recognized devices /Active Sessions

These two option stores the record of the devices and places you login previously
