The Who And What Of The Rehearsal Dinner

By Joseph Tranturder

Thousands upon thousands of tourists flock to New York City, New York, every year to enjoy the rich culture and dazzling sights and sounds of the Big Apple. New York is a city of deep culture that can be a place almost anyone to come and enjoy seemingly no matter their personal interest, likes, or dislikes.

Close relatives have the opportunity to congratulate the couple in person and have meaningful conversations with them. On top of that, the two families get the opportunity to associate and make connections with each other that they may not have been able to make otherwise.

With the many hundreds of thousands of tourists, businessmen, and other travelers who travers in and through the city, hotels and motels both in the city proper and in surround locations such as Stamford, CT, hotels need to be ready to assist patrons, meet the needs of their customers, and provide a unique boarding experience in order to stay with the face paced market on hotels and motels in and around New York.

By the time you get on the plane, you start realizing what you forgot to bring that you actually needed and immediately regret the body pillow you packed that you thought you couldn't live without. Regret seeps in and you hate packing even more. Pack three days early and leave the suitcase open on the floor. You'll remember things you need and pack them over the coming days. You'll realize you didn't actually need that body pillow early enough to keep it from making the cut. You pack smarter when you pack early.

Second, roll up your clothes. For some reason, clothing fits so much better into a suitcase when you roll it up, not lay it flat. Roll your shirts, pants, and other garments into tight cylinders and stack them in a side of your bag. Place your shoes, belts and other items to the other side and prepare to be amazed at how much more space you have now.

Third, don't pack enough clothes. Now that sounds weird right, but it's a good tip. When you pack for a week's stay at a hotel in Stamford, CT, what do you think you need? You might list off 7 shirts, 7 pants, 7 pairs of socks, 7 pairs of shoes, etc.

Along with the location of the Ravel, those who choose to lodge here are often drawn in or pleasantly surprised by the rooftop lounge that stays open till three a.m. and the slightly Asian influenced dcor of the rooms. The rooftop lounge also sports a fine dining restaurant and magnificent skyline views of the city.

Consider also including home videos as part of the entertainment. Nothing helps you feel like you've known another family forever quite like stepping into the past with them.

To continue the thread of small and successful lodgings, the bed and breakfast on Taylor street in Staten Island called simply Victorian Bed and Breakfast is starting gain some serious ground in the New York area Hotel world thanks to its inherently charming Victorian dcor and appeal. Along with the feelings of being in a Victorian urban suite, guests are treated to a full service breakfast each morning.

Pack early, roll up your garments, and pack fewer clothes. Each of these tips will help ensure that you (1) remember to pack only things that you need, and (2) fit everything you need into the luggage you're bringing to your Stamford, CT hotel.
